Looking back, the past 52 weeks have been quite a roller-coaster to me. I don't have enough energy to recall and write down everything that happened this year. Instead, I'll share some highlighted events here:

Resigned and joined a new company

Beginning of this year, I didn't think that I would be resigning from the so-long company I had been working for 7 years. A Netherlands based company that had helped me to shape my perspectives and find new skills and things that I am interested in. I can say the future career I now build is first introduced when I was working in this company.

The colleagues. All of the responsibilities and possibilities that we made happen. The first time I joined this company there were only 17 people including me and the founder. Everyone did everything back then. We grew the business to more than 1,000,000 customers and 350+ employees excluding all the outsourced teams located in 3 countries. An insane yet wonderful journey. We indeed did great, mates!

Marked my seventh anniversary with the company, I handed my resignation letter. I was able to personally send messages to people close to me and wave a proper goodbye (or I thought so, lol). I believed in the company and I still do. It was originally built with trust and care, so does it when it gives the services to people.

Then I came into the new company. A rather smaller team with great passion and meaning to the business. I haven't been long here but I can see myself learning a lot. I wish we do well and be able to serve more people.

Family members got Covid-19

I can't really say a lot for this part, lol. One thing is for sure, I am with the people who lose their family member(s) and those who are fighting for life. What kept me going was people blessed me with endless help and support at this time around. I thank them so much for their grace. It's also worth to be noted that I found myself even more along the journey. Funny, isn't it?

All in all, here I am surviving. Walking the lane made for me. Fighting and falling.
